NOW Slippery Elm 400 mg, 100 Veg Capsules

Slippery elm, also called red elm or moose elm, is a small North American tree whose inner bark has been used by herbalists for well over a century, and by Indigenous peoples and early settlers before that. The bark is rich in mucilage, a gel-like substance that swells in water, and it is that mucilage that traditionally helps coat and soothe the tissues of the digestive tract.

NOW's capsules give you 400 mg of slippery elm bark in a vegetarian capsule with cellulose as the only filler. They are taken with water. You will find them in our digestion section. 100 capsules per bottle.
