NOW Psyllium Husk 500 mg, 200 Veg Capsules

Psyllium husk is the outer coating of the seed of Plantago ovata, and it is one of the simplest ways to add fibre to your day. In liquid it swells to many times its dry volume, and that bulking action helps maintain regularity. NOW's capsules hold 500 mg of organic psyllium husk each, so you get measured fibre without stirring a gritty powder into water.

Psyllium always needs to be taken with a full glass of liquid, and it can take a day or two to notice a difference. If you use the loose husk at home, this is the travel-friendly version. 200 capsules per bottle.
