NOW vitamin E oil is a topical oil for skin, sold in a small 30 mL bottle. Vitamin E oil is rich and slow to absorb, the sort of thing you use a drop at a time on the spots that need it most: cuticles, elbows, heels, dry patches and the ends of your hair.

Many people mix a few drops into a lighter carrier oil, a body lotion or a homemade balm, since vitamin E oil on its own is quite heavy. Store it away from heat and light with the cap on tight.
