About this supplement
NOW Choline & Inositol 500 mg pairs two members of the B-vitamin family in one vegetarian capsule: 250 mg of choline (from choline bitartrate) and 250 mg of inositol. Both are components of every cell membrane in the body, where they act as signalling molecules.
Choline plays a part in normal nerve transmission and in fatty acid metabolism in the liver, and inositol is likewise involved in brain and nervous system function. The capsules are made without yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. 100 capsules per bottle. You will find it with our vitamins and minerals.
