NOW C-1000 Sustained Release gives you 1,000 mg of vitamin C in a tablet designed to release gradually over about two hours rather than all at once. It is blended with 25 mg of rose hips, a natural source of vitamin C, and it is citrus-free, which matters if citrus does not agree with you.
