About this product

This is the full-size bottle of NOA's non-alcoholic spiced rum, the one to buy once you know you like it. It leads with sugar cane and molasses, then the warmth of cinnamon, allspice and cardamom, with a touch of lime to keep it lively. The recipe came out of more than three years of testing, and the result is a spiced rum flavour without any alcohol.

It stands in for spiced rum in any drink: over ice, with cola or ginger beer, in a mojito, a daiquiri or a Dark n Stormy. Gentian can leave a natural deposit in the bottle, so shake it well before each pour.

How to use
Shake the bottle well before each use; a natural deposit of gentian is common and normal. Serve on ice, mixed with cola or lemon-lime soda, or in a daiquiri, mojito, Cuba Libre or Dark n Stormy, as you would any other spiced rum.
