Sleep Like Buddha is Niyama's bedtime bath soak, a soothing addition to a wind-down routine. It blends Epsom salt, Dead Sea salts and magnesium chloride flakes with pure organic essential oils of lavender, chamomile and juniper berry, chosen to help you downshift into a relaxed state before bed.

The soak is pH balanced, with no citric acid or sodium bicarbonate, so it is gentle on delicate skin. Run a warm bath, add a generous scoop under the tap, and soak for at least twenty minutes before getting under the covers. The 500 g bag covers several baths.
