About this product
Hey, Relax! is Niyama's powder for winding down, here in a fresh natural pineapple flavour. It combines four ingredients in one scoop: magnesium bisglycinate to help relax the mind and muscles, tart cherry, GABA, and myo-inositol to help support mood.
It is coloured with beet root and turmeric and sweetened with monk fruit and stevia, with nothing artificial. Most people take it in the evening as a bedtime drink, but it can be taken any time of day. Stir a scoop into cool water and sip.
