Hey, Relax! is Niyama's evening powder for winding down. It combines four ingredients in one fresh, fruit-flavoured scoop: magnesium bisglycinate to help relax the mind and muscles, tart cherry, GABA, and myo-inositol to help support mood.

This is the Dragon Fruit and Prickly Pear flavour, coloured with beetroot and sweetened with stevia, with nothing artificial. Stir a scoop into cool water in the evening and sip it as part of your bedtime routine.
