About this product

Achy Achy is Niyama's bath soak for the day after you did a bit more than you meant to. It combines Epsom salt, Dead Sea salts and magnesium chloride flakes with pure organic essential oils of arnica, copaiba and peppermint, a blend chosen to help relax and soothe sore, overworked muscles.

The soak is pH balanced, with no citric acid or sodium bicarbonate, so it is gentle even on delicate skin. Run a warm bath, add a generous scoop under the tap, and give yourself at least twenty minutes. The 500 g bag is enough for several baths.

How to use
Fill your tub with warm water - Add at least 100g (1/5 package) of Achy Achy Sore Muscles Bath Soak under running water, and swirl around. Immerse yourself in the water, and breathe deeply. Soak and relax for at least 20 minutes. Drink water or herbal tea before, during and after your bath. Towel off gently.
