Niyama Achy Achy Sore Muscle Bath Soak, 500 g

Achy Achy is Niyama's bath soak for the day after you did a bit more than you meant to. It combines Epsom salt, Dead Sea salts and magnesium chloride flakes with pure organic essential oils of arnica, copaiba and peppermint, a blend chosen to help relax and soothe sore, overworked muscles.

The soak is pH balanced, with no citric acid or sodium bicarbonate, so it is gentle even on delicate skin. Run a warm bath, add a generous scoop under the tap, and give yourself at least twenty minutes. The 500 g bag is enough for several baths.
