NFH Methyl SAP brings together B vitamins in their active, methylated forms: L-methylfolate (as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate. Betaine (trimethylglycine) makes up the largest part of each capsule at 668 mg.

These are the nutrients the body uses to process homocysteine, an amino acid that tends to run higher in older adults and in people whose nutrition or digestion is compromised. Methyl SAP offers them at scientifically supported doses in a non-GMO vegetable capsule. Contains no gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch or sugar.

Directions for use

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
