NFH GI Repair SAP is a drink-mix powder for gastrointestinal support, combining amino acids, soothing herbs and minerals in one scoop. L-glutamine leads the formula, joined by N-acetylglucosamine, pectin, zinc L-carnosine and quercetin. Traditional soothing herbs round it out: deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL), marshmallow, slippery elm, boswellia, ginger and turmeric.

The powder has a tropical punch and lemon flavour sweetened with stevia leaf, so it mixes into water without much fuss. Contains no gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, or sugar.

How to use
