A chewable elderberry gummy for cold and flu season. Nature's Way Sambucus Adult Gummies combine European black elderberry, which is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve cold and flu symptoms such as cough and sore throat, with South African geranium root, vitamin C and zinc.

Vitamin C and zinc help support and maintain the immune system, and the pectin-based gummies are sweetened with organic tapioca syrup and cane juice. Sixty gummies per bottle, so one bottle covers a typical course when symptoms show up.

How to use
