Nature's Farm Organic Penne is an egg pasta made in small batches from two ingredients: organic durum wheat semolina grown on the Canadian prairies and the farm's own organic free-run eggs, which give the pasta its golden colour and rich flavour. It is slow-dried rather than rushed.

Ridged penne are built to hold sauce, so this shape takes an oil- or butter-based sauce, a chunky meat or vegetable sauce, or a cheese sauce equally well. Cook it in well-salted water and save a ladle of the pasta water to loosen the sauce. Contains wheat and eggs.
