About this product
Natural Factors Ultra Prim is evening primrose oil that has been ultra-purified and cold-pressed, then sealed in a softgel with vitamin E to keep it fresh. Each 1000 mg softgel provides 100 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), the omega-6 fatty acid evening primrose is known for, along with 720 mg of cis-linoleic acid.
Natural Factors positions it for women's health: it helps relieve the symptoms of PMS, helps nourish the skin, and helps support cardiovascular health. Evening primrose oil is one of those quiet staples people take for years. This is the 90-softgel bottle; a 180 is also available.
