Natural Factors HerbalFactors Bilberry combines a standardized bilberry extract, guaranteed to contain 25% anthocyanidins, with a 5:1 bilberry fruit powder in each capsule. Bilberry is the European cousin of the blueberry, and its anthocyanidins are the flavonoids that give the fruit its deep colour and its antioxidant activity.
Bilberry has a long history of use for the eyes, and it is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help support vision and to help the eyes adjust to the dark after bright light. It is also a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health. The capsule is gelatin, with no other fillers.
