Natural Factors Gluten Relief is a broad digestive enzyme blend for people who eat foods containing gluten, casein or lactose and want help breaking them down. The 376 mg blend per capsule includes fungal and bacterial proteases, serratiopeptidase, bromelain and papain for proteins, lactase for milk sugar, amylases and glucoamylase for starches, lipase for fats, and cellulase and alpha-galactosidase for the fibre and sugars in beans and vegetables.
