CurcuminRich Theracurmin from Natural Factors is a curcumin supplement built around absorption. Curcumin is the yellow pigment in turmeric, a root in the ginger family that has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Ordinary curcumin powder dissolves poorly in water and is cleared quickly by the body, so much of it goes to waste.
Theracurmin uses a dispersion process that reduces curcumin to microscopic particles held in a colloidal suspension, so more of it is absorbed than from regular curcumin powder. Each vegetarian capsule holds 30 mg of Theracurmin curcumin, and the capsule is cellulose rather than gelatin.
