Naked & Saucy Vegan Oyster Sauce, 296 mL

A plant-based stand-in for oyster sauce, made without oysters or soy. Naked & Saucy build it on their organic coconut aminos and add organic shiitake and white oyster mushrooms and garlic, which give it the deep, savoury aroma and gentle sweetness you expect from the real thing, with about 70% less sodium than a traditional oyster sauce.

Use it as you would any oyster sauce: in stir-fried greens, noodle dishes, fried rice and marinades, or brushed on as a glaze. It is organic, vegan and gluten-free, so it suits a plant-based kitchen and anyone avoiding soy.
