Naka Pro Omega-3 Lemon Flavour, 500 mL

Naka Pro Omega-3 is a triglyceride-form liquid fish oil, molecularly distilled from anchovy, sardine, mackerel and herring. Each teaspoon carries 1550 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 800 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA, with natural lemon flavour and vitamin E to keep it fresh. A spoonful replaces several large softgels.

Naka's label says it helps maintain cardiovascular health, helps support cognitive health and brain function, and helps support the development of the brain, eyes and nerves in children. Keep it in the fridge once opened; a slightly cloudy look after chilling is normal.
