Naka Platinum Magnesium Citrate Powder is a berry-flavoured magnesium you stir into water, giving you 300 mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium citrate in each 3.2 g scoop. The 600 g tub holds roughly 185 scoops.
Magnesium helps the body metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins, helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, helps in tissue formation and helps maintain proper muscle function. The powder is sweetened with stevia leaf and flavoured with natural berry, with citric acid to make it fizz a little in water. Many people make it their evening drink.
