Naka Platinum Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil is an extra virgin, cold-pressed oil made from organic pumpkin seeds, in a 500 mL bottle. Each serving provides 4563 mg of pumpkin seed oil with naturally occurring linoleic and oleic acid.

It is a source of linoleic acid and oleic acid, and a source of omega-6 essential fatty acid, for the maintenance of good health. There are no other ingredients, just the oil. It is made in Canada and third-party lab tested. Take it by the teaspoon, or drizzle it over salad or roasted vegetables if you like its nutty, green flavour.
