Naka's organic lavender essential oil is 100% pure Lavandula angustifolia, undiluted, with the soft, floral, slightly herbal scent that makes lavender the most reached-for oil in the house. The 50 mL bottle is a generous size next to the usual 10 or 15 mL.

Diffuse a few drops in the bedroom before sleep, add some to a bowl of hot water for a steam, or blend it with orange or frankincense. For use on skin, dilute it in a carrier oil such as jojoba and patch test first. It is for external and aromatic use only. Store it capped in a cool, dark place.
