Naka Organic Arnica Gel is a topical gel with 15% organic arnica tincture, backed by organic calendula, St John's wort and comfrey extracts, capsicum, and peppermint, clove and wintergreen essential oils. Arnica is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve muscle pain, strain and bruising, and the capsicum and essential oils give the gel a comfortable feeling of deep warmth as it goes on.

A little goes a long way: a pea-sized dab, rubbed in until it disappears, is enough for sore shoulders, calves or a bruised shin after sport or a long day in the garden. 340 mL bottle.
