Naka Milk Thistle 200 mg is a liver-support blend rather than a plain milk thistle capsule. Each capsule leads with 200 mg of milk thistle seed standardised to 80% silymarin, then adds schisandra, dandelion root, beet root, barberry, artichoke leaf, bromelain, garcinia and guggul.

Milk thistle is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a liver protectant and to support liver function, and to help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia. The capsule is bovine gelatin, and the formula contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy, fish or shellfish, soy, corn, wheat or yeast. It is taken a couple of hours apart from other medications or health products.
