Naka Marine Cal-Mag gets its calcium from Lithothamnion, a red marine algae harvested whole, so the calcium comes along with the algae's own magnesium and trace minerals. Vitamin D3 is added. It helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, helps to maintain normal muscle function including the heart muscle, helps to maintain normal electrolyte balance, and helps the body absorb and use calcium and phosphorus.

The capsules are veggie (hypromellose), with no other fillers beyond a vegetable-source lubricant. 60 capsules per bottle.

How to use
Adults: Take 2-3 capsules 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
