Naka Platinum Bioactive Multi Mag+ is a magnesium capsule that draws on eight different forms at once: bisglycinate, malate, citrate, aspartate, taurate, orotate, L-threonate and oxide. Each capsule also carries vitamin B6 in its active pyridoxal 5'-phosphate form. This is the 230-capsule bottle.
