Naka Platinum BCAA is a 100% pure branched-chain amino acid powder made from vegan, fermented amino acids. BCAAs are three essential amino acids, leucine, isoleucine and valine, that the body cannot make on its own and has to get from food or supplements. This powder delivers them in a 2:1:1 ratio with nothing else added.

Taken with regular resistance training and a balanced diet, BCAAs assist in building lean muscle tissue. Mix a scoop into water or juice around your workout and drink it right away, since the powder is best taken as soon as it is mixed.

How to use
Recommended dose Adults: 1 scoop 1 time per day. Ensure to drink optimal fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix product in enough liquid (water, juice, etc.) to ensure that the powder is drinkable immediately before consumption. Cautions and Warnings Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use it you are pregnant or breastfeeding Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. For freshness store in a cool, dry place. Close the lid tightly after each use.  Do not remove moisture absorbing desiccant.
