Mid-Day Squares - Cookie Dough 33G

Mid-Day Squares Cookie Dough is a chilled, chocolate-coated square made to take the edge off a sweet craving between meals. The centre is a soft cookie dough made from organic fava bean protein, cashew butter and organic sweeteners such as maple syrup and coconut sugar, wrapped in dark chocolate made with Fairtrade cocoa.

Each 33 g square gives you 6 g of plant protein and 4 g of fibre. Keep them in the fridge; they hold up for about five days at room temperature, so one can ride along in a bag or lunch kit.
