Mid-Day Squares Almond Crunch is a small square that sits somewhere between a snack bar and a piece of chocolate. It is plant based, with organic almonds, sorghum flakes and gluten-free oat flour bound with maple and tapioca syrup and wrapped in Fairtrade dark chocolate. Plant proteins from carob, fava bean and pea bring each 33 g square to 6 g of protein and 4 g of fibre.

They are best kept in the fridge and hold up to five days out of it, which is plenty for a lunch bag or a day pack.
