Mary's Super Seed crackers pack as many seeds as will fit into a thin, crunchy cracker: pumpkin, sunflower, brown sesame and brown flax, on a base of organic whole grain brown rice and quinoa. This version is seasoned with garlic, basil and parsley for a savoury, herby bite.

Everything in the box is organic, and the crackers are made in a facility that is gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. Serve them with hummus or a soft cheese, crumble them over salad, or eat them straight from the box. They are hearty enough to stand in for bread at lunch.
