Manuka Health MGO 400+ UMF 13+ is a creamy New Zealand manuka honey with the strong, aromatic taste that comes from manuka flowers. Every batch is tested and graded by its methylglyoxal (MGO) content; this jar guarantees at least 400 mg/kg, which is the brand's Gold grade and the UMF 13+ level. The honey is raw, gently creamed at a temperature no higher than the beehive's own, and packed in New Zealand.

Use it as you would any honey: by the spoon, on toast, or stirred into warm drinks and yogurt. 250 g jar.
