Your Flora Professional is the strongest formula in Living Alchemy's Your Flora range. Each capsule holds 400 mg of Kefi-Soy, certified organic, non-GMO soybeans fermented and freeze-dried with 45 or more strains of live microorganisms, plus Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The idea is a complete living ecosystem rather than a handful of isolated strains, with the food the microbes grew on still in the capsule.

It helps support intestinal and gastrointestinal health and promotes a favourable gut flora. The capsule is organic pullulan, the product is plant-based, and it does not need refrigeration. Take one to two capsules daily, with or without food. It contains organic fermented soy.
