Women's Iron Alive is an iron supplement made the Living Alchemy way: 16 mg of iron per capsule, produced by koji fermentation, a traditional Japanese fermentation method. Koji-fermented minerals release more slowly, which the company says makes the iron easier to absorb and gentle on the stomach. Organic nori, acerola cherry and lemon peel are included as whole-food cofactors.
