Living Alchemy Stress Less, 60 Capsules

Stress Less is Living Alchemy's adaptogen formula for stressful stretches. Three fermented organic adaptogens, ashwagandha root, rhodiola root and holy basil leaf, 100 mg of each, are fermented in the company's Symbio kefir-kombucha culture to support the adrenal system's response to stress. Organic California poppy, a nervine herb, is added to promote calm.

Fermentation is what makes Living Alchemy's herbs different; whole plants are pre-digested by live cultures so they are easier to absorb. The capsule is organic pullulan and the product is plant-based. The label dose is one capsule twice a day, with or without food, and the bottle holds 60.
