Living Alchemy's version is organic whole rhodiola fermented in the company's Symbio kefir-kombucha culture, with a supporting blend of unfermented organic rhodiola, organic astragalus and organic turmeric.

Fermentation is meant to make the root easier for the body to digest and absorb. The capsule is organic pullulan, so the product is plant-based, and it keeps at room temperature. The label dose is one capsule once or twice a day with food, and not right before bed. Sixty capsules per bottle.
