MycoSynergy Reishi is 400 mg of organic reishi mushroom per capsule, fermented in Living Alchemy's kefir-kombucha living culture. Reishi is the glossy, woody bracket mushroom that herbalists have called the king of mushrooms for centuries.

Reishi is used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress, and as a liver tonic.
