MycoSynergy Immune 8 is Living Alchemy's daily immune support blend of eight organic mushrooms: lion's mane, maitake, reishi, shiitake, turkey tail, chaga, cordyceps and himematsutake, 45 mg of each per capsule. All eight are fermented in the company's Symbio kefir-kombucha culture, which Living Alchemy says unlocks nutrients the body can use and makes the mushrooms easier to digest.
