Little Creek Gardens is an organic farm situated on the west shores of Okanagan Lake. In 1995 I created this artisan dressing to complement our farm's organic greens. It has always been a favourite of our family and friends, and it is my pleasure to share it with you. We love it on salads, hot or cold pastas, rice and vegetables. It's also delicious as a dip or marinade.*NOW GLUTEN FREE 
Dedicated to the memory of my dear father, John Denison, whose love and support have been an inspiration to us all.​
