Lightwater's Strength Wellness Roller is a ready-to-apply version of the Strength essential oil blend, made in Atlantic Canada. The oils are diluted to 7 percent in fractionated coconut oil, so it can go straight onto skin, and the 10 mL bottle has a leakproof rollerball that is easy to carry.

The blend is clove bud, lemon, black pepper, eucalyptus and rosemary, warm and spicy with a fresh, clear edge. Lightwater pairs it with the root chakra, with the affirmation It is safe for me to be here. Roll it onto the lower abdomen, lower back or pulse points when you want to feel grounded, or onto the soles of the feet before bed.
