Let's Do gluten free ice cream cones are the classic goblet-style cone, made without wheat so everyone at the table can have a proper cone. Each box holds 12 cones and weighs 36 g, which tells you how light and crisp they are.

They are made from potato and tapioca starch with a little demerara sugar, and get their golden colour from turmeric rather than dye. Fill them with ice cream, frozen yogurt or a dairy-free scoop, or crumble one over a sundae. Keep the box sealed in a dry cupboard so the cones stay crisp.
