Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling, 750 mL

Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from Riesling with the alcohol fully removed to 0.0 percent. The bubbles balance the residual sugar, so it drinks almost dry, with crisp apple, lemon and a little spice, then peach and apricot on the palate and a full mouthfeel. Acidity is 7.9 g/L and residual sugar 37.7 g/L.

It is well suited to the holidays and celebrations, as an aperitif on its own or as a light mixer for a spritz. The grapes are sustainably grown. Ingredients are dealcoholised wine, grape must, rectified concentrated grape must and sulphites.
