Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce is a smooth, garlicky hot sauce made from sun-ripened red chili peppers with sugar, salt, garlic and fish extractives. The heat is steady rather than fierce, with a fresh chili and garlic aroma that does not overpower what it goes on.

Squeeze it over noodles, eggs, pho or a rice bowl, stir it into mayo for a quick dip, or add it to marinades and stir-fry sauces. Refrigerate after opening. Note that this formula contains fish (anchovy). Sold in a 435 mL bottle.
