Frankly Sumatra is Laughing Whale's single-origin coffee from Sumatra, roasted to medium-plus in Atlantic Canada. Sumatran coffees are generally known for full body, low acidity and an earthy, chocolatey depth, and this roast level leans into that without going smoky.

This is the whole bean bag, so you can grind to suit your brewer: coarse for a French press, where this coffee is at its best, or medium for drip. It is 100% Arabica. Keep the beans sealed in a cool, dark cupboard and grind just before you brew.
