Bluenose Brew is Laughing Whale's medium roast, a balanced, everyday coffee made from 100% Arabica beans and roasted in Atlantic Canada. Medium roast keeps the beans' own sweetness and a little brightness without the smoky weight of a dark roast.

This is the whole bean bag, for people who grind at home. Grinding just before brewing keeps the aroma where it belongs, in the cup, and lets you match the grind to your method, from coarse for French press to fine for espresso. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard, not the fridge.
