Landish Omega-3 DHA Algae 300 mg, 60 Softgels

Landish Omega-3 DHA is a plant-based DHA supplement made from Schizochytrium algal oil rather than fish or krill. Microalgae is where the DHA in fish originally comes from, so Landish goes straight to the source. Each softgel holds 750 mg of algal oil with 300 mg of DHA, and there is no fishy aftertaste; the capsule is lightly lemon flavoured.

DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that helps support brain function and helps maintain eyesight. This is a simple option for vegetarians, vegans and anyone who would rather skip fish oil. The capsule shell is tapioca starch and vegetable glycerin, and the oil is protected with a rosemary and tocopherol antioxidant blend.
