This cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 6 months. It has a smooth, slightly velvety texture with a delicately salty flavour and a nutty, buttery finish.

This gluten free and lactose free Canadian cheese can be enjoyed on its own as well as blending perfectly with your recipes for baked and grilled dishes or quick snacks.
