Lakewood Organic Pure Pomegranate Juice is exactly what the name says: juice pressed from organically grown pomegranates, with nothing added. The ingredient list is one line long. The flavour is deep, tart and a little astringent, the way real pomegranate is, rather than the sweetened blends found in most juice aisles.

It comes in a 946 mL glass bottle. A small glass on its own goes a long way, and many people cut it with sparkling water. In the kitchen it reduces into a glaze for roasted vegetables or lamb, brightens a vinaigrette, and stands in for grenadine in mocktails. Keep it refrigerated once opened.
