Omega 3 DHA + D3 Highlights
DHA is an essential fatty acid needed for the growth and development of the brain and retinas. Adequate intake during pregnancy and early life helps to support proper cognition and eyesight.

While small amounts of ALA can be converted to DHA/EPA, the body is not able to convert the required amounts, so food sources or supplements are necessary.
