BioFe Pure Iron Drops are a gentle, non-constipating iron for children from birth to age 13. The drops are unflavoured and mix easily into breast milk, formula or food, which makes them practical for babies and for picky eaters who will not take a tablet.
Every 20 drops provide 10 mg of elemental iron from iron (III) pyrophosphate, in a base of pure MCT oil with maize starch, sunflower lecithin and vitamin E. KidStar formulates BioFe so it will not upset sensitive stomachs or stain teeth like many common iron supplements. 30 mL dropper bottle.

Micronizing is a process that grinds the iron into a fine powder to make it completely dispersible in liquids and absorbable in the intestinal tract.
What is Microencapsulation?
Microencapsulation allows BioFe iron to be taken at the same time as foods and nutrients containing iron-inhibiting ingredients like calcium. BioFe is microencapsulated with a protective coating. The coating ensures you will not have the common side effects of iron supplements, like constipation, black stools, tummy upset, and grey teeth.
Iron is not the best-tasting ingredient, and microencapsulation ensures BioFe tastes excellent. BioFe Iron is available in unflavoured liquid drops, delicious liquid, and a tiny chewable tablet.
BioFe iron supplements are formulated without harmful ingredients and do not contain sugar, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours, soy, gluten, benzoates and GMOs.
